• Application on broken, inflamed, infected, or mucous membrane skin

• Excessive application, occlusion beyond recommended time, or use on large surface areas

• Use by minors or without proper adult supervision

• Any outcome related to tattoo procedure performance, healing, or artistic result affected by reduced sensation
