NeedleNumb is a topical numbing cream designed for temporary relief of minor skin discomfort. It is available for general external use only. 

BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Not Medical Advice or Guarantee  

This needle numb cream is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition, nor is it approved by the FDA as a drug for use in tattooing, piercing, laser procedures, or any cosmetic/body art application. We do not guarantee pain relief, effectiveness, or safety for any specific procedure. Results may vary based on individual factors (skin type, application method, area size, duration, etc.).

2. User Assumption of Risk  

You use this topical numbing cream entirely at your own risk. Potential risks include (but are not limited to): allergic reactions, skin irritation/redness/burning, chemical burns, delayed healing, poor outcomes in procedures (e.g., uneven tattoo ink retention, fading, or complications), systemic absorption leading to serious effects (e.g., irregular heartbeat, seizures, breathing difficulties, methemoglobinemia), interactions with medications/supplements, or other adverse reactions. High application amounts, large areas, broken/irritated skin, occlusion (e.g., wrapping/plastic), or repeated use may heighten these risks.

3. Patch Test Required  

Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24–48 hours before full use of the needle numb cream. Do not use if irritation, redness, or reaction occurs. Follow all instructions precisely.

4. Prohibited Uses & Warnings  

• Do not use on broken, irritated, or mucous membranes.  

• Do not exceed the recommended application amount/time.  

• Do not combine with other numbing products without professional medical advice.  

• Avoid alcohol consumption or certain medications that may interact (consult a doctor).  

• Not for use by children, pregnant/nursing individuals, or those with certain medical conditions without physician approval.

5. Release of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue NeedleNumb, NxN tattoo products, its owners, artists, employees, affiliates, suppliers, or distributors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages (direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, etc.), costs, or expenses arising from or related to the purchase, use, misuse, or effects of this topical numbing cream — including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or procedure complications — whether based on negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty, or otherwise. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeedleNumb, NxN, and related parties from any claims brought by third parties (e.g., tattoo artists, medical providers) arising from your use of the product.

6. No Refunds for Adverse Effects  

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for products that “do not work” due to individual factors (e.g., lidocaine resistance, improper application, diet/medication interference) or for any adverse reactions.  

If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use this product. Return it unopened for a refund (subject to our return policy).
